Troopers say 29-year-old Daniel Duvall of Albany, Kentucky was traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 127 in Albany when he failed to negotiate a curve, left the roadway and struck a building. Duvall and two juvenile passengers were reportedly not restrained at the time of impact and were taken to Clinton County Hospital where they were treated and released for minor injuries. Duval was later arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a vehicle on a suspended or revoked license, failure to wear seat belts, failure to use child restraint devices in a vehicle, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, wanton endangerment and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
