ONE HURT IN LOCAL VEHICLE ACCIDENT

A vehicle accident on Kentucky 61 in Cumberland County, Kentucky resulted on one injury. The report indicates a 2007 Ford Taurus driven by 24-year-old Christopher Thompson of Celina, Tennessee attempted to make a U-turn and pulled into the path of a 2014 Chevy Cruze operated by 66-year-old Doris Hamlett of Hilman, Tennessee. Hamlett struck Thompsons vehicle in the driver side. Hamlett was transported to Cumberland County hospital for treatment of possible injuries. She was the only injury reported in the accident.
